Is there a purchase/redemption limit?

For context, we have 6 Categories and each of these categories have diffferent Treatments.

1. You may purchase max. 2 treatments from each category

2. You may redeem one session of each treatment

Can I buy more sessions for each of these treatment?

For each treatment, you may purchase multiple times to share with your friends/family - but do take note that one person can only redeem one session of a treatment.

How can I redeem the treatment(s) after purchasing?

You will receive a Whatsapp message from us upon order confirmation! But if you don't please reach out to us via Whatsapp at 8779 7061 to make an appointment!

  • Each Zentember Treatments can only be redeemed once (i.e. 1 NRIC per treatment)

Grand Prize: 6D5N Kyoto, Japan Hotel Staycaytion - Upon providing your particulars, you will receive an invitation link from the travel agency and from there you can do the redemption!

Consolation Prizes: $600/$300 Chan Brothers Travel Voucher can be used based on your preference with Chan Brothers.

How much do I need to purchase to stand a chance to win the prizes?

No min. purchase required! As long as you make any purchase, you're entitled to a chance to win!

When will the results be announced?
