2. Delivery Locations

2.1. ZenBeauty Online Shop currently delivers to all locations within Singapore.

3. Delivery Charges

3.1. Standard delivery within Singapore is charged at SGD 20. Free standard delivery is offered for orders over SGD 100.

3.2. Express delivery options are available at an additional charge, detailed at the checkout.

3.3. For international delivery charges, please refer to the international delivery section or contact our customer service.

4. Delivery Times

4.1. Standard delivery: 3-5 business days.

4.2. Express delivery: 1-2 business days.

4.3. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not from the date of order.

4.4. We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but unforeseen circumstances like weather, traffic, and other factors may sometimes cause delays.

5. Order Tracking

5.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

5.2. You can use the tracking number on the respective courier's website to check the delivery status of your order.

6. Delivery Attempts

6.1. If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the package, the courier will leave a missed-delivery note with instructions for redelivery or collection.

6.2. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, you may be responsible for additional delivery fees.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

7.1. Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any damages or tampering before signing the delivery receipt.

7.2. If there are any issues, please contact our customer service immediately.

8. Changes to Delivery Address

9.1. If you need to change the delivery address after your order has been placed, please contact our customer service immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
